Xbox One I Can No Longer Move Quickly In Free Cam Mode

(Classical Controller Layout)
On TSW3 when I am on the exterior camera mode, I can hold down LS and push it forward to move quickly in camera mode.
However in TSW4 I try to do this and It only moves me at a slow speed.
Has this feature been disabled on TSW4?
Is there something I'm missing in settings?
Or is it just a bug?

If anyone can shed (ying) any light on this it would be very much appreciated.
