I keep this window open and in another widow the page where you can see your uploaded screen shots open all the time because often when I log in it says account does not exist. Now for some reason it wants me to log on again to see my screen shots but again can not. Often waiting for a while or a day or so it will let me log in again. Other than that it is a reset password job and shouldn't have to keep doing that. Had the same problem when TSW2 was released, I could not log i on my playstation until I reset password. As it was I used the same one. I have just gone to try to open a ticket and guess what, my account does not exist. And yet here I am. I am back in, kept trying and eventually it let me back in. It still won't let me log in to submit a ticket about it though
