PS5 I Dont Know If This The Ps5 Hdr Setting Or A Bug ?

first time I've seen this don't know if its a bug with the lighting or HDR always on for the ps5 ? light affects from the back of the train to front goes really dark

 

FYI you can now turn off HDR "always on" for PS5... they added a toggle in the settings a few updates back.

I switched it to "on when supported" and find it made TSW look better (not as dark). I don't see a reason to force TSW into HDR if the game wasn't designed for it.
