Good morning, this error appears but not always, however, what solutions are left to try?

    I did everything
    1) I tried clearing the game cache.

    2) I tried to verify the integrity of the game files.

    3) Video card drivers are up to date

    4) Windows Updater is disabled

    5) Happens inconsistently, but frequently

After the appearance of that previous error, the PC remains blocked, it is strange to have a Nvidia GTX 6GB Dedicated graphics card, 16 Gb RAM and two hard drives, one SSD 512GB and the other 1TB, it should not happen again

Just change from full screen to border less it usually happens when you got the game running for some time

    Yes - it's a DX9 Fullscreen thing. Use Borderless.

This used to “work” (not always) in earlier versions of TSC:
Adding -force -d3d9 to start-up command line parameters of TSC via Properties in Steam.
    Other Command Line Possibilities
    · -nomemorybias
    · -dxlevel 90
Altering/Increasing the TDR value (of a nVidia card) is also another possibility.
The following is yet another"solution" but it has to be used every time before you start TSC after a reboot:
    · Close TSC
    · Run a Windows Command prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator
    · Type
    · disable vertex buffer objects=1
    · close
    · run TSC
All in all borderless may be the best otion.
