[resolved] I Just Lost Tsw 6

    I purchased the deluxe edition when the game was revealed and installed on Xbox a few days ago. When the game was released in early access I opened it but was prompted that I do not own the game, this was despite the fact I had all contents installed.

    In the last hour I attempted to uninstall and reinstall, only after I’d uninstalled the game I was unable to reinstall, and was prompted to buy the game again.

    Not sure what I should do now, I paid good money for the deluxe and early access and now I can’t install it at all.

    Powering cycling your console can restore your digital licences, as it clears the cache.

    How to power cycle your console
    You can perform a full power cycle on your Xbox console, to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      • Important: Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
      • Important: Do not unplug the power cable whilst the console is in "Instant On" mode.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Thanks Chris, while I attempted this and still received no results, I’ve since contacted Xbox support who were then able to help me reinstall the version of the starter pack I had prior. From there I was able to update and reinstall all other dlc content from the deluxe version.

    No indication from them what the issue was however but problem solved none-the-less.
