PlayStation I Made A Livery And Covered All Carriages , But When Using X2 Talents In A Scenario Only One Is Mine

I made a livery and covered all carriages , but when using x2 talents in a scenario only one is painted. On a custom scenario both are painted - Is there a way to change it ?
