    Hi there,

I would like to show you two routes that could be very interesting and different from the content that´s already made in the game (high speed trains, short urban routes and all that). Spain and Portugal are always forgotten in these kind of games and we do have very interesting and unique trains and routes that would do great in a simulator. Here we go:
-Portuguese Linha do Douro from Oporto (if you want to shorten it, Marco de Canaveses) to Pocinho, built in the 1880s. Most of it is a single track "old school" diesel line, with lots of interesting rolling stock (british CP 1400s from 1960s, Schindler and Sorefame railcars, CP "Bombardier" 1960s...) and has freight and passenger traffic. It´s an impressive line with unbelievable landscapes and such a unique place to be designed here. Watch these videos if you don´t know this line:

-Spanish Pajares mountain pass from Pola de Lena to La Robla. It has been opened since 1884, and it was a huge turning point in the development of the northern region of Asturias, as communications with the rest of Spain were really difficult. It would be great to ambient it in 1980s or 1990s, which were good times in terms of variety of rolling stock and traffics. Essential trains here would be (in those years) Renfe 251s, Renfe 277s, Renfe 269s, Talgo III, as well as railcars and freight wagons. It is the most difficult mountain pass of Spain, and one of the toughest ones of Europe for sure. Lots of snow in the winter, (it would be nice to improve the snow levels in the game btw :)) and a single track line with several stations to cross trains would make this route a really interesting experience. Here you have a video of the winter in this place.

    And another one from 2017-18.

    Thanks for your attention :)
