Excellent idea but IC17 does use the Bahnstrecke Dresden Chemnitz Werdau Tharandter Rampe route if that were to get a 2023 treatment. On Nahverkehr Dresden IC2 DB Baureihe 4110 will only run from Dresden Hauptbahnhof Dresden Neustadt both ways unless DTG makes it playable to Großenhain Berliner Bahnhof
