It keeps speaking "Zug bereinfluzug" or something like that. I play with PZB and LZB on, I am just getting started using those systems and I don't know how to make this communicate stop, help please

Actually, it says "Zugbeeinflussung" and this audio feedback is a vital part of the PZB/LZB in the ICE. Press PZB acknowledge or PZB release/frei and you will hear it as audio feedback that the train system has registered the pressing of either acknowledge or release.

I've been pressing the acknowledge, release and even override. Nothing works. It just keeps saying Zugbeeinflussung

Because that is what the train says when you press these buttons.

When I stop pressing those buttons it keeps going, it just keeps going no matter what I press or don't press

It means you acknowledge PZB DB and future OBB routes and if you're on DB BR182 MRCE BR182 you have OBB Announcer Chris Lohner say the PZB Zugsbeeinflussung failure to Acknowledge PZB is Zwangsbremsung If Sifa is turned on then it's Sifa Zwangsbremsung.

Are you passing a speed reduction (yellow inverted triangle with a number; or yellow number displayed above a signal), or a caution aspect signal, or the end of the LZB section without acknowledging PZB? Is the train braking to a stop when the annunciation is occurring? You may have passed an active PZB magnet without acknowledging it, thus the train will emergency brake to a stop, after which you can clear the PZB alert.

If you keep slapping all three of the buttons at once, it will queue the ZB acknowledgment three times. Only press PZB/LZB Acknowledge when necessary and it will only read back once.

A different story with Classic TSW2020 controls is that you end up making Zugsbeeinflussung when doing the Sifa reset due to it sharing PZB Acknowledge

At least the ICE speaks to you, unlike the German EMUs which shatter your eardrums with that high frequency sound.
