   Both the 403 and 406. In the MFD, in the train lighting screen, turning on the train lights (button 5) produces no confirmation on the screen (the boxes should turn yellow). The lights really do come on, it's just the instrument feedback that's missing.

   If I remember correctly this actually worked on release, but has broken with a later update.
