ICE 3M(Koln-Aachen) in AFB mode can't normally slow down. 160 - 130 AFB starts deceleration, then go in full throtle, then gentlly aplies some brakes, then again go to acelerate. As result the speed is 136 instead of 130. Acelerations to higher speed and speed holding works perfect, problems only with deceleration.
