Xbox PC Ice 3m Bug In Free Roam

When I spawn an ICE 3M in any route using the free roam functions and enter the cab, the display to the left shows that the pantograph is down and the MCB is open, and I cannot make it change back my opening the MCB, lowering the pantograph and raise the pantograph and open the MCB. Weirdly, when I spawn into timetable mode in SKA, and test it on an ICE 3M there without sitting on the driver's seat, it works perfectly. Is this a bug that will be fixed, or is this my issue? If so, how do I fix it?
