When driving the ICE 3M (406) in TSW3 and the power set to coast, the brake notches are not appearing in the HUD. I was driving on Schnellfahrstrecke Köln. Tsw3ice3 by jrhorse98 posted Sep 17, 2022 at 11:58 AM
The brake input is shown in the two dials at the bottom (showing 33% in your screenshot). The square is for the power setting and only shows brakes for trains with a combined throttle/brake lever. The ICE has a separate brake lever so it won’t show brake settings in the throttle/power box.
I also have the ICE 1 from TSW3 and ICE 3 from another TSW2 route. These two locomotives DO show the brake notch in the HUD. Should this not be the case then?
t hat's probably cuz of the throttle locks that can happen such as if you get emergency braked or you have a door open or something else
Either an inconsistency, or the dynamic brake is being shown on the HUD, but the inconsistency between the ICE3 and ICE3M is very interesting. Maybe because the ICE3 was released after the ICE3M
