   There seems to be a glare when driving the ICE it makes it hard to see what is in front of me when driving

   That would be called the sun and it's realistic glare, depending on the time of day your train is travelling its on all routes and isn't new, was the same for TSW, always thought it was good reason to use the sun visors in the cab.
