It's fun that I get the add on i purchased with TSW2 but if I own TSW2 does that not mean I have the Sand Grade Patch? I know it was part of the base game and not technically and add on, but since I have it in TSW2 I don't understand why I would need to buy it as an add on in TSW3

You won't need to buy it. The routes which were part of the core game will be released as standard compatible DLC and you'll get a license for it. If not, contact support and they'll assist

What platform are you on? If it bought tsw2, spg is part of the base package and it comes to tsw3 for free

Do you have TSW2 on CD ? That might be the reason otherwise you’ll have to contact support to get a code and if it’s not the case then you’ll still have to raise a ticket

If you got yours off Epic Games Store, then they've been having a lot of issues transferring over entitlements. It was just today that they finally gave entitlements for the Rush Hour DLC pack, and even then, I'm still missing Sand Patch and the other 2 core TSW2 routes, as well as the New Journeys "expansion".

As a quick note, 'New Journeys' is not available for any players yet, as the Store pages and entitlements need to be set up for the individual component parts.

Epic players, we're updating progress here: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/where-are-my-routes-in-tsw3.58794/page-4#post-546417, and on the 'State of Play' thread pinned in this forum.
