In the HUD Guide it shows safety systems are enabled or not.

    Train Sim World 2_20241203094038.jpg

However, it should say which safety systems are enabled or not.

    What does the..

    top, yellow light mean?
    top, blue light mean
    far left bottom, light mean?
    far right bottom, light mean?

    Please and thank you

The yellow one is usually for an alarm that requires acknowledgement like AWS, SIFA, Alerters, DSD etc. It can depend on the loco. Basic rule of thumb is whenever the yellow with an exclamation mark comes up, press your acknowledge button

The blue ones mostly relate to various parts of other safety systems life PZB and LZB in Germany or ATC and ACES in the US and possibly others. They mainly indicate that a system is active but may also display speeds or in Germany what sought of PZB magnet you've gone over.
