Does anyone know if Im Koblitzer Bergland is still being updated? I would ask on RailSim.de, but I can't speak German.
Do you mean the freeware route. It’s not. It morphed into a payware product. If you are into fictional routes, i recommend it.
It's available on Steam and from Aerosoft. I recommend it even if you're not interested in German railways, as the quality of route building is so high.
I already have the route, and it's great. I was just wondering if there were any more updates planned, or if the 2022 release we have on Steam is going to be the final version.
After the v3 of Koblitzer Bergland was released the author worked on Brennitzer Linienstern https://www.aerosoft.com/en/shop/mo...-simulator/routes/3765/brennitzer-linienstern Its not bad but not as popular as Koblitzer Bergland judging by the number of scenarios on Rail-Sim.de Only 22 for B-L compared with 66 for IKB
I prompted the original question. The reason behind it was because I though it would quite enjoyable if I made a Czech extension to it, around 10 kilometres long, as from the southern end of the route, to make space for international traffic and more safety systems like LS & ETCS.
There is an extension to IKB 3 that connects two parts with a new section have a look at this https://rail-sim.de/forum/filebase/...bergland-reloaded-modified-die-rinkentalbahn/ and this https://rail-sim.de/forum/filebase/entry/9152-f777-im-koeblitzer-bergland-3-5-v3-0-1/
The language originally spoken by the English and now the main language in many other countries. It's also the language we are communicating in, so I'm surprised you don't know what it is.
Read it and it will tell you - but it depends if you can get some of the required assets as some links don't work
