Evening. God dam those Immersion Controls are absolutely horrible. Why can't we change the controls on the settings? Instead of having this forced on us. Trying to shunt on Edinburgh - Glasgow with the Immersion Controls was not good. Couldn't get to an outside camera what so ever at all. Tried everything including the control guide. Please sort this rubbish out
The controller user doesn't get the same respect as the keyboard user. I suggest you use a keyboard. You can plug in any USB keyboard or if you're using Remote Play on PC, it's almost like playing it on PC (minus the mouse), but you'll have to connect your controller to your PC via USB. You can only change your controller layout in the main menu, and you can't remap buttons. I made a suggestion that they improve their controller support, and I hope they do it.

Control method can be changed in the settings menu to the "classic" layout which is the same as was in TSW2020 Immersion camera selection is on R3, pressing once will change the default outside camera that is chosen within settings menu. Hold R3 and press dpad right to cycle outside cameras, hold R3 and press dpad left to cycle internal cameras
If you click the stick you go to head out view and can move the camera around? And if you use the camera shift button and the d pad you can cycle through the outdoor camera modes?
If you go into options, there's a toggle where you can swap the head-out view to external cam when you click the right-stick. I found this to be better than the head-out view.
IKR!!! I only use the classic controls becuz tsw 2&3 controls are literal dog water (to put it lightly) and i am also much more used to tsw 1 controls.
