PlayStation Indicators Not Popping Up

I recently upgraded from TSW2 which has the indicators I am talking about, (when you hover over throttle, it says it’s the throttle, as well a slider) this was really helpful but is not popping up for me in TSW3, does anyone know a fix? It was there originally but is now gone
