PlayStation Installing Dlc Without Having The Latest Patch

    I want to buy Tees Valley which is in the sale but I don't want to install version 1.19 as it takes away the livery designer from the Class 483. Can I buy and install Tees Valley without updating?

    I doubt it, usually DLC needs to be run on the update just before it was released to activate it.

    When you download something from the store, you will get the latest released version. This applies to PlayStation and Xbox. It's not possible to download a previous version, although you aren't forced to update to new versions once released.
