PS5 Instrument Needles On Br 103

This has been bugging me for a while now. Some of the instrument needles on the Br 103 (Left Rhine) are black when they should be yellow or orange. That makes it really hard to see them. See here:

I originally observed the issue on PS5 (PS5 version) but the video shows that it's present on PC as well.
I'm happy to be corrected, but as far as I'm aware, the needles shouldn't be black.
