For a while now the introduction with the cinematic is very jerky and I can’t even skip it even when pressing on all my buttons and joystick and sometimes it results of a crash so please if you can fix it. ( I don’t know if it’s specific to the PS4/5 or if it’s also on other platforms )
I’ve been experiencing similar issues with the introduction. The DTG logo is very stuttery takes a long time to complete, and after a long delay the video seems to struggle to start. Only after it has started fully can I click through to start the game (sometimes after several attempts). Standard PS4.
Yes, same here. If I'm not mistaken, it was fine when I only had the main game, but became more and more jerky with more DLC. Just wildly guessing here but maybe at that point the system "counts" which content is present?
I don’t know if it’s related of the increasing numbers of DLCs as I haven’t tested by reinstalling the game without the DLCs but for sure this happened just after a patch which O can’t remember the build
I can confirm that what the OP is saying is happening on PS4 Pro. And I think you are right - it only started happening immediately after I transferred a large number of DLCs to TSW 2 (I have been running most of the older DLCs under TSW (2020), but just moved GWE, TVL, NTP and their daughter DLCs to TSW 2 to pad out the atrociously bad "Class 52 partly re-skinned in blue DLC"..... The glitchy intro video is accompanied with a horrible uncapped gun/explosion sound, so of you are running TSW through any decent audio equipment, or if you have an expensive TV, then I suggest that you start TSW 2 with all the sound muted, to prevent your TV/audio equipment from getting damaged. I will probably soon re-install TSW 2 without GWE, TVL and NTP in a few days, and if this doesn't get rid of the glitch then I will mention it (until then, I'd assume that this will cure the problem... for now). It might also be a problem with something really old like WSR (which I also moved across). Maybe this is something that should get tested with UE 4.26.
