It never has worked. Rivet announced that it was fixed some time ago, but then admitted. the fix hadn’t worked and they needed DTG to investigate. At that point it went silent. My view is that if they’re never going to fix it, they should unlock it for everyone. I would raise a ticket, but I doubt I’ll ever go back to this route again.
