Now I've got you intrigued. The point is that you have a route that you're tired of, you've completed all the tasks on it, and for various reasons you no longer need it. But you need the rolling stock from this route.
Question for the developers: is it really possible to create a route in 2 versions? Regular and light. The light version is the version that contains only the rolling stock and everything necessary for its correct functionality.
When you buy the full version, the light version is given as a gift. Also the light version (rolling stock without a route) can be sold(for those who don't own the route) at some discount. It's up to you.
Is it possible to implement this? Since the question of the huge volume of the game is increasingly being raised.

Can’t really say I would use such a feature.

What DTG should be doing to keep routes alive is more timetables, perhaps a Sunday service with engineering work. Or DLOGW packs but with more classic EMU’s for routes like BML.
