Hello I notice the headlight don't light up the ground far ahead like for the Sand Patch Grade locomotives, and is it possible to have them light up the ground further ahead?
Train headlights (except for US "ditch lights") aren't intended to illuminate anything. They're there so other people can see you.
The only thing I would adjust are the high beams and their reflection on the markings along the railway.
