I do not trust that kind of sites. I dont think they test every game with all possible combinations of hardware. They test a very limited number of games and try to guess what will happen with a completely different one. It is much better to ask friends, the community or trustwothy content creators.
Just want to say you're welcome to send questions like this to Dovetail Support. Always preferable to speak to a human! The website seems to be pulling data from the Steam Store and comparing min specs. However, it doesn't account for compatibility issues with different operating systems or Intel based cards. It classes Intel HD 3000 graphics as "Good" which it most certainly is not.
