So there was this problem on Xbox when you subscribe to something on creators club there would be a circle wheel so I am wondering if that has been fixed?
I don't think it has, the reason being that despite having over 1000 MB of storage, there is actually a hidden limit of liveries and scenarios you may download. So pretty much if you many liveries you might have to delete a few to get more.
