Is There A List Of Unpublished Key Commands ?

I came across a command that doesn't show in the settings screens.

Ctrl + (that's Control and Plus key) = Jump to Rear Cab.

Are there more "less publicized" commands listed somewhere?

Ctrl 0 gets you back in the driver's seat from anywhere.

 

Yes, you can find a more or less complete list in the TSW2 Starters Guide. It is always possible I missed one or two.

Yes indeed, although be aware that sometimes the camera switch doesn't occur unless you hit the Cabin view button after ctrl-.
At least, thats what happens with my RailDriver controller (TSW2 support for it is still in beta)
