I'm messing around with the Tokyo area route and on one line it only appears to have Cab Signalling.
And that stops you from running a train without the Cab Signalling
But the Signals are just buried underground and I would like raise them to normal position.

Ok so far but because they are not in the 2D Map in either editor or scenario it is a slow process.

Drive a train along and stop before a signal
Go in to Editor and go underground to find it - lift to track level then save
Move down the line about 50mts and do it again

If I could see the location in the 2D Map I could just go to each signal without a loco.

It should be possible by editing the map.xml which defines the 2D map appearance (colours and icons) and assigning an icon to the signals.

I'm aware of some map definitions that show a red cross in a circle for track linked objects, not sure where I've seen this.
