Is There A Windowed Mode?

A few times now I've been playing TSW and I need to shrink it down to go on say my Email or Google Search but I can't I have to close the sim down, I know there is a save feature but to just shrink it would be quicker, just wondered if it is available?
Also is there a 'Pause' key? Again a few times I've needed to pause it for a minute.

Pressing ESC will bring up the menu which is pause. If you do that then press your windows key your taskbar will appear at bottom of screen and you can then browse the internet etc

Also, under screen settings, you can choose between windowed, fullscreen, and windowed fullscreen.
