Hi There, As part of my learnings with the Official Editor I am going to build the Southend Pier Railway as my first route. To this end I have set up my terrain but have then got a bit stuck re track laying. As a break I decided to try and reskin some 1938 tube stock so that I had something to run when I had my track layout sorted. You will see my progress in the thread below. Liveries - Quite Pleased With Myself - Southend Pier 1932 Stock | Dovetail Games Forums As the official editor is currently completely separate to the main game I was wondering if someone could make me a 4-car and 3-car formation using the unofficial editor so that I could see my creations more correctly in TSW3. (In the end I would need all my cars as singles.....motors and trailers.....but I'm hoping that the official editor will be up and running with that soon). I have tried creating formations on the unofficial editor and, although I have got all the way to the end and created a .pak file it didn't turn up in-game when I added it (and that was after a full-days work). So I am hoping that there is someone here who might think "well that's really easy" and who could supply me with the files so that I can going on with my stock/livery experiments (albeit in TSW3 at the moment). Thanks as always. David.
Thanks very much for your comment. I now have 5 green and cream units which all have subtle differences between one another. (That's actually one more set than the real pier railway had). I am going to make some sort of maintenance train and then that will be that. Have also now made my first BR blue set for eventually running as a VECTIS unit on the IOW line. I will try and make a few versions of this too using photos of real units from the Island over the years as a base. Hopefully I'll find a way of getting some consists made so that I can run my units in a more believable form. David
