I am suggesting for Train Sim World 5 something new:



Please review this as a possible future DLC and consider bringing these trains into Train Sim World 5 so I can drive it around the virtual globe.

 

These flexliner cars kinda look similar to the ones in denmark

Spain renfe also used to have some similar to that, although I can't see anything on Wikipedia rolling stock that looks like it
