Steam Issue With Physik And Brakes On Stuttgart - Heilbronn

Does anyone else have this problem? My train brakes activate by themselves when I leave Stuttgart Central Station. And the trains suddenly become so physically unreliable and bouncy that the train flies across the track when I try to couple, for example, a BR140 locomotive.
