I thought the geman doppelstock passenger cars had been changed to where you can uncouple between various carriages yet after trying various routes i can't find any carriages you can uncouple other then the cab car or the car connected to the locomotive,so just what going on has this been changed again or what?

I remember I had to do it in an official shunter scenario. It took me some time to aim precisely the bar/rod between the two coaches.
You have to crouch to reach it!

Sorry no screenshot possible at the moment but maybe someone can jump right in

Indeed, you have to crouch ...

Yes, crouching or somehow otherwise manipulating the camera is annoyingly required where an interactables' trigger point has been made either very small, or obscured by some other control. A good example is one of the BR Blue locos (I forget which) where the master key is located behind (I think) the throttle or reverser on the desk, and when you're sat in the driver seat ita almost impossible to get the reticle on it to switch it on, necessitating standing up, zooming in and activating it that way. Somewhat frustrating (Aware there's a kb shortcut for master key, using controller here)
