TBH, DTG would need a team based in Italy or even have a Itailian 3rd party dev in their ranks for a Italian route to come to the game. similar to how german routes are in TSW. Ad essere onesti, DTG avrebbe bisogno di un team con sede in Italia o addirittura di uno sviluppatore di terze parti italiano tra i propri ranghi affinché una rotta italiana arrivi al gioco. simile a come sono le rotte tedesche in TSW.
I'd be interested in an Italian route, as long as it isn't another dedicated high speed one trick pony like Marseille-Avignon is.
Where is the button to pay? Milano-Roma or Roma-Napoli via the high speed lines with the Frecciarossa 1000, it's just perfect as a suggestion !!!!

If they are going to do an Italian route I hope they do Ventimiglia - Genova in about 2000 (before the high speed diversions). A incredibly beautiful route with varied traffic that constantly switched between single and double track at the western end. There was even a train between Nice and St Petersburg! The modern high speed routes don't sell - DTG are giving away the French TGV - as they are very limited operationally for a train sim.
You can get away with that route going into France basically SNCF Nice Ventimiglia Genoa. Remember if you have an Italian locomotive capable of running KVB E402BF you must actually use the Italian 1.45m Copper Pantograph on French 25kv 50hz wires. Same way as Italian trains on LZN using the 1.45m Copper Strip on Swiss 15kv 16.7hz. Remember Germany and Austria use a 1.95m pantograph Metalized Carbon domestic stock Carbon strip.

In the first year of TSW, when they said the editor will came shortly, I've sent email to DTG for some information about their partner program but, unfortunately, I never heard any response... And after that the public editor was deleted! ATM I'm building the Venice to Bologna route on TSC but my dream is building something on TSW, maybe the same line, maybe something more scenic.....
