PC It's Not The First Time This Happened + A Comment Regarding Freight

As the title says,this level crossing won't go down. please fix this, it's the 3rd time I made a emergency brake coming either from Rothenburgsort or Hamburg main station. And while we're at it, please give HMA the DRA freight, this would be waaaay more realistic. I mean, even ICEs are longer than the multimodal trains. Really?
