Dovetail Live January Mastery The Journey Begins

I'm trying to complete the January mastery challenge but the only one which isn't registering is The Journey Begins.
I've driven several miles in journey mode on various routes and also in timetable and scenario modes but this one just doesn't seem to be working.

Has anyone else had this issue?

 

So it seems to have awarded the mastery item but the progress still shows as in progress and is unticked for The Journey Begins (drive 200 miles/320 Kilometers).

 

I’ve had the same issue every month so far - at some point the numbers stop displaying but it still unlocks when I’ve met the criteria.

I just raised a help desk ticket each time and they correct it at their end. This month nothing is tracking for me, but when I check dovetail live, I can see what I’ve done in the drivers logbook so I assume that if I did finish everything it would eventually unlock. Haven’t played for the last 2 weeks though so I don’t think I’ll get there this month.
