    HI
I was wondering if anyone here also experiencing trouble with the tutorial for Javelin on the Southeast Route, especially when setting up the cab. I just try it and for some reason, my control won't move, also the audio is not in sync when you pull the throttle forward the train won't move still.

I believe this is something that the team has to look into. I was able to complete all the rest of the training except the very first one

    Which control?
I ran the 395 tutorial two days ago (forgot how to set it up) and it worked fine for me

Make sure the Line Volt button on the left is illuminated and the MCB/VCB button isn't. It's been a while since I've driven SEHS but I do recall starting some services where the power on the Javelin wasn't completely setup.

This was the problem I had, but the controls still moved, even if the train didn't!

The Javelin tutorial works fine however I have noticed the SEHS route introduction has a bug. When you sit in the driver’s seat, the doors are meant to close themselves while Matt’s voice does the usual HUD walkthrough. So when you apply power, there’s a traction lock due to the doors.

Try pressing the U key when you sit down to close the doors manually, should work then when you get to the apply power stage :)

Don't forget to press and hold for a couple of secs the ctrl button if you're using the catenary.
Could never remember that stood for Channel Tunnel Rail Link and not control...

Its the very first introduction tutorial, as soon as i get into the cab and follow all the instruction that Matt said, the train won't move when i push the throttle at all. Also the game is not in sync, basically matt audio went on even though my train won't move and stuck in the station

The Javelin is one of the more 'interesting' trains to drive, and the setup isn't straight forward. It's the only train I've had to write down the startup and power changeover instructions for. :) Of course, there may be an issue with your install causing the issues, but here's what I do to get the train going. This is from St Pancras, but I think I took the steps from the tutorial.

    1. Key in and on.
    2. Reverser to neutral.
    3. Press the DC button for a few seconds (until it lights up).
    4. Press the CTRL button for a few seconds (until it lights up and the DC light goes out).
(You have just switched power between the third rail and the overhead lines. I actually think these steps are redundant, as the train is already setup for the overhead lines... Still, it's presumably what the tutorial tells you to do - as you're not actually at St Pancras, so maybe it's necessary for the tutorial.)
    5. Press Pan up Shoes down for a few seconds. The Line Volt light comes on.
    6. Press Pan up Shoes down again to turn off the mcb/vcb light.
    7. Reverser to forward. (Could it be you missed this step, as obviously the train won't move without it?)

Good luck. It's a fun train to drive when you get it going.

Yep, that's likely to be the MCB not being closed.
They updated the changeover sequence for the 395 but never updated the tutorials (which are scripted, and obviously the vocals...)
Do as cattivo says above and you'll be fine

There’s a nice short tutorial video on the power changeover by British Ace here:
