Hi, please help me with this issue: I've got a first TSW2 on Steam and bought the game and a few add-ons. Then I purchased TSW2 on Epic. But both games ask me to create a new account. When Epic starts (as second), and asked me about an account, it always creates a new account even if the same username is typed. What can I do? Thanks.
The separate copies of the game on separate platforms have separate accounts. The only exception is the Microsoft version where the PC and XBox versions share your profile save.
You can't transfer data between 2 different clients. You can only do steam to stream, epic to epic or xbox to xbox
