The above title ptetty much says it. On prompt to unlock doors neither the release button or the direction pad option works. Is it just me or are there more and more faults with this simulator yet to be discovered. Dovetail seem to be happy to take our money but are really bad (my opinion) at customer service.
EDIT...Just worked it out. The instruction in the top left corner is incorrect. You need to 1st activate the Master key, then select forward on the reverser. Then the doors will open !
