I'd recomend checking out Commiee's work - Especially the Japanese master list. I also have a few Japanese suggestions myself which you can check out in the Master list. What im trying to say here is that this sorta wording is meaningless and is lowkey just scrambled words. I'd recomend adding all the details about the route. But yeah check out Commiee he is the main Japanese person for TSW.

We have people here who are more knowledgeable on Japanese rail than myself, and some have even had direct experience through residence there (e.g. fabdiva , I think?). Union Workshop is probably going to be the only way you see Japanese content on TSW. With DTG not branching out or using unbranded trains, they are pretty much the only dev who would do such routes, at least they are a part of the partner program now though, so its more of a waiting game to see if they do Japan or China for their 1st route...
They did, and I think there's even a possibility that they have only joined to do Chinese routes for TSW and we won't see Japanese content due to licensing challenges. I came back to posting on forums after learning they had joined the partner programme, but was recently told DtG had confirmed a Chinese route coming from UW during a stream. Maybe another hiatus is in order
