As for that of tsc, they are on tsc and therefore not comparable, it is not the same game.

 

Ah, I didn't realize it at first, we were asked to compare TS DLCs with TSW DLC. So... Rivets Fife Circle in TSW has at least 3D buildings around the Edinburgh station

 

I would say the TSW one, the TS one wouldn’t even work on my Xbox so has way less value to me.
