In the First Video it is a Motor Point - the system sets the points in a Quick Drive as the train has a set route.
In the Second Video the point is a Hand Point and is controlled by you

When you play a Free Roam you have full control of all points

Do you have a solution or do I have to play Free Roam?

In a standard scenario the junctions are set to suit how the train is pathed, following it's instructions Why do you want to switch that junction?

As others have mentioned - in quick drive, your path is set automatically based on what destination you have selected in your menu prior to loading quick drive scenario. You can't change points/junctions in quick drive, some sidings/depots might allow you switch points but this depends on how they have been scripted for quick drive. The only way to have full control over junctions is to use free roam scenario. You can create one instantly and then explore at your leisure. I do that quite often when testing any new stocks/trains.
