Hello everyone, I have an issue with the Just Trains 7MT. When placed in a QD, as an LE, the tender has two white lamps showing, positioned higher-up on the rear wall of the tender (and illuminated) in addition to the required red tender lamp. Does anyone know how to fix this please?. Thank you.
I have found out the cause of the problem (I think), the manual states the following:- "To add the tender, perform the same steps above for adding an engine but look for the entry that says ‘JT - BR1, (BR1A and BR1D) Tender’ and place it up against the rear of the engine. Ensure that the tender is located with the correct orientation to the engine and that you place it right behind the engine." The correct tenders to use with the Britannia pacifics are those prefixed with 'SD',
I have checked my JT Britannia installation and the only time a tender displays the white lights on the rear is the "BR1D tender green light weathering late"
I think you're right because I'm going through the same thing and the steps are pretty much the same as you said, just some of the details may not be quite the same
