The Just Trains Sale was mentioned in this thread https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/latest-sale.26955/page-3 The problem with that thread is it gets lost and this idea of a separate thread is better Same with the ChrisTrains Sale which is also in there
Ah, my apologies - I hadn't seen that! I shall bookmark it so I get notifications in future Perhaps it might be an idea for a 'Sticky'?
I don't think the "Latest Sale" is a good idea The number of posts discussing about a sale or a previous sale or about something unrelated overtakes the idea By posting a Separate Thread for each Sale you can see what it is about from the title.
Several sites have sales by now. Everyone doing sales at once. This would actually be the worst time for AP to have a sale, everyone's already made their purchases and the Steam Winter Sale is coming up for a few other sought-after items. LOL
I disagree, I have money sat in my paypal ready for an AP sale, I will actually end up buying less from them if they don't have a sale as there are Items I really want and items I'd just get to save editing scenarios so much, but the latter TS Tools option is free and I will forego spending full price on those things if there is no sale.
I still have to figure out if my 64-bit will work. Once it does, I can worry about editing AP trains out of scenarios as they will otherwise be very - uh, beefy. I still wish only the driver train was made into the expensive model, but to each their own, I guess.
