    Hi all,

I'm in the process of creating scenarios on the South Wales mainline with the player train being the Class 153 Advanced from Just Trains.

I'm also using the Class 153 revamp pack from Major Wales Design, along with the TfW reskin, and I'm not able to get the driver to appear in either of the cabs?

I've uninstalling, and re-installing the said items a couple of times, to no avail. Cleared cache as well.

With the Major Wales revamp, it's become a great little train to use, but without a driver, it looks a little odd!

If anyone can shed any light, it would be much appreciated.

    Cheers!

Does it work in the standard model (without the Revamp which I don't have)?

    The driver is Assets\JustTrains\Class153\Scenery\Characters\jt_driver_modern.bin

Check if the file is present. If not, reinstall the JT Class 153.

    Hi Torfmeister,

I have the relevant file in my Asset folder, and have just tested one of the default scenarios (South West Skate-board) that comes with the JT 153 Advanced Pack, and the driver appears.

The driver as well looks to be the default 'Kuju' model, and not the one in your screenshot?

That's the JT fella. I don't think I recognise him from Kuju models. Maybe your revamp mod modifies the engine.bins to use the (better modelled and animated) Kuju drivers. Which would mean "Kuju\RailSimulator" must be preloaded for scenarios using the Revamp. That would explain why you don't see him - you'll have to activate Kuju\RailSimulator in the Scenario Editor's Object Set Filter.

    Here's a Kuju driver.

Ok, I've downloaded the Revamp pack - our suspicion was right. They've replaced the jerky JT driver with Kuju drivers. So tick the Kuju\RailSimulator assets for your scenarios. This will do the trick.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the info Torf - much appreciated.

After selecting Kuju\Railsimulator, the driver appears, but not the two you have in your screenshots. At least I have a driver now, and a setting to to remember for next time.

Here he is - now to crack on with the scenario.

Great! Kuju provided many driver models, the one I've posted is a Deltic driver. And the first one is the default 153 driver by JT. So everything's as it should be.
