I am trying to complete the Maxed Out Reach 184 mph/300 kph Tier 2 mastery, but am struggling to find a scenario/timetable/rolling stock combination where this is achievable. I am also unsure if safety systems are required or not in order to achieve this. If anyone is able to point me in the right direction as to a workable setup for this, I would very much appreciate it! just do a service without safety systems. KWG's top line speed is only 280 for a few ICE 1 services, and the rest of them and ICE 3 services are 250 km/h. LZB will make you unable to reach 300 km/h as it obviously enforces the speed limit. or what you could also do is play the scenario with the 401 where you have to reach 300 km/h.
Play a timetable dont use afb and no safty systems and just floor it and you will eventually reach the speed
