I tried a timetable service with the BR 185, northbound, intermodal with about 1,400 tons. So I set AFB and LZB and put the power handle to full. At some gradient, still rather close to Wuerzburg, the wheels slipped and the speed fell to 20-something kph. Is this normal? Should the train not make it more easily up the hills?
