Kayako Support Page Does Not Work.

    Yesterday the captcha function was broken and today i get an “413 request entity too large” error when trying to submit a support ticket.

    It may be the file you sending to them is to big you will need to zip it up and then you can send it.

    Tickets are coming through so please try using another web browser to see if your current one is the source of the issues experienced. Alternatively you can try clearing your cache and cookies and disabling any extensions you may have which could stop captcha from working correctly such as Adblock.
