    Hi all,

I want to set a shortcut on my keyboard that when I hit automatically sets the tubes brakes to stage 3. What is the shortcut to set?

    Thanks

There isn't a key to move it automatically to step 3. You have to use a and d keys to move it.

rennekton is correct. However, on the BR Class 101 DMU, the "slash" (/) key automatically moves the train brake to the "lap" position, and on all trains, holding backspace for about 1 second will engage the emergency brakes.

Why would you want such a key? On Bakerloo, you shouldn't ever need 3- unless youv'e really screwed up.

I typically use 3 for stopping. Seems to slow about the same as the one I ride often irl.

I agree. Step three seems about right to me. Step 4 may be pushing it a bit, but when step 2 is insufficient, step 3 comes in.
